Ready or Not!

As spring turned to summer in Naples, this painting came to life.

The blues of the Gulf and sky were in their symphonic splendor, awakening all my summer senses.

I call the painting “Ready or Not.” The seasons seem to be expressed in my palette, and I’m looking forward to opening my studio and gallery in Bay Harbor, Mich., where the summer colors always inspire. In the meantime, the gallery walls and floor have a fresh coat of white paint and the crates are being moved in. Stay tuned!
